The Crime Scene Unit is back investigating at the Longwood apartment Thursday morning where authorities found human remains earlier this week.

Police confirm they are talking to a person of interest.

This all started when a burned body was found in a shopping cart in Yonkers Monday night. The investigation led police to the Bronx apartment on Rogers Place. Along with the human remains found inside the kitchen on Rogers Place, police also found drugs and a gun.

News 12 obtained exclusive surveillance video Tuesday that could be connected. The video shows two people pushing a cart across the street in Longwood.

A medical examiner is working to figure out the victim's cause of death.
