The NYPD says a 23-year-old man was fatally shot in Mount Hope on Sunday.
Police responded to 265 E 176th St. around 3 p.m. and found Carlos Rivera with two gun shots in his chest.
Rivera was shot by another man after an argument.
The suspect was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, black and red sneakers with a multicolored bag.
No word yet on what the argument could have been about.
