Exclusive: Porch pirate in North Riverdale caught on camera
In the footage obtained by News 12, the thief is wearing a red hat and dark colored clothing. He gets out of the car, walks up to the porch and takes the package.

Riverdale resident Paul Belobitsky said he saw someone Sunday night stealing his Amazon package on his Ring camera at west 260th Street and Tyndall Avenue.
In the footage obtained by News 12, the thief is wearing a red hat and dark colored clothing. He gets out of the car, walks up to the porch and takes the package.
Belobitsky said other residents have also had their packages stolen.
"I was kind of shocked, this is the first time somebody took a package off the front stoop," he said.
He said police initially told him that an incident report would immediately be closed because the value of the package is under $1,000. After News 12 called police, they told Belobitsky to file a report with a detective.
