A man who was struck while subway surfing Thursday morning in the Bronx is expected to recover, according to authorities.
Police found the 20-year-old at the East 180th Street Station just before 8:30 a.m.
They say he fell off a Manhattan-bound 5 train in between two other train cars. He was hospitalized in stable condition.
The incident occurred less than 24 hours after a 13-year-old was killed while subway surfing in Queens.
