A brand-new lottery just launched for apartments in Mott Haven.

The 13-story building is offering 86 apartments through NYC Housing Connect and is located at 120 East 144th St.

For those who qualify, rents start at $1,852 for studios, $1,974 for one-bedrooms and $2,351 for two-bedrooms.

To be eligible, your income must fall between $67,852 and $134,160, depending on household size.

The deadline to apply is Feb. 24 on the NYC Housing Connect website.
