NYC DOC honors late Edwin Felicien, spent 57 years working for department
The New York City Department of Correction honored a legendary senior program specialist who worked for more than 57 years at the department. Edwin Felicien started working back in 1960, becoming a correction officer first and then a civilian clerk until he died in 2017.
