A dozen out-of-state and unregistered cars, trucks and RV's litter a Henry Hudson Parkway East side street.

Residents say the vehicles have been parked for over three weeks, and they are tired of seeing them.

"I've got to wonder, why would someone park their car indefinitely? What is it that they're doing in this particular community? It doesn't make sense,” said Eddy, a Riverdale resident.

There are not any signs that say the vehicles cannot park there, but residents say these spots should be for cars that have owners.

"Doesn't look good for the neighborhood at all... the police should really take care of it and give them some kind of violation of something to make sure that they don't stay here forever,” said Henry, a Riverdale resident.

News 12 reached out to the NYPD to find out what is being done about these cars.
