News 12 took a deep dive into the city's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene data to investigate why these cluster surges keep occurring.

For 10 of the 12 towers in Harlem compromised, data shows there are no inspections recorded in 2025.

Data also shows a significant decrease in inspections in 2024 citywide.
