Police have identified the pedestrian struck and killed on Interstate 95 earlier this month.

Authorities say Jose Daniel Martinez-Perez was struck by four vehicles on Nov. 19 in Stamford. They say he was in the right lane when he was struck by the first vehicle and then thrown. At least three other vehicles struck him.

Police say the first three vehicles took off, but the last vehicle became disabled and the driver stayed at the scene.

Witnesses or anyone with a dashcam video of the crash should contact the Connecticut State Police.
