Surveillance video was released of four people attempting to steal Pokémon cards at the Poké Court store in Manhattan Wednesday night.

Courtney, the Manhattan store's founder, posted the video on Instagram saying it happened during the store's first big community event.

According to police, the four entered the store on 412 W. 13th St. at around 6:40 p.m., made verbal threats and took store merchandise as well as a phone from another man before fleeing.

Courtney said the cards taken were rare, with some selling between $3,500 and $5,500.

No injuries were reported. It's unclear if the store will be open Thursday.
