A Pennsylvania man is facing attempted murder charges for a 2022 shooting that left an Allerton gas station worker on a ventilator for months.

Authorities say 42-year-old Termaine Saulsbury stands accused of walking into an office inside a station on Boston Road and shooting the victim in his head.

Saulsbury was arrested in his home state, where he pleaded guilty to charges in an unrelated shooting before being extradited to New York.

He is being held without bail and will be due back in court on April 1.
