People in the community are expressing their frustration after a video showing the moments federal immigration agents detained a man in Norwood was released. Neighbors identified him as a man named Angel. They say he has been a positive person in the community for years.

"He’s a good dude, don’t bother nobody. He play basketball, he go home," said one neighbor.

This isn't the only incident involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement causing concern. Another video shows the moment 19-year-old Jeury Concepcion was tackled, leaving him with stitches in his head. Concepcion told News 12 he's a U.S citizen and believes this was a case of mistaken identity.

The Department of Homeland Security told News 12 the agency was conducting a targeted operation at the time and the individual matched the description.

They added that Concepcion became combative, refused to identify himself when he was approached and was temporarily detained for safety. They say he was promptly released after they finished questioning him.
