Today looks perfect weather-wise. We'll have the sun and the heat, and the humidity will feel comfortable being outside. If all todays can be like this upcoming one for the remainder of the summer, then it will be remembered as one of the best summers weather-wise in recent memory.
The summery weather returns on Sunday. Humidity builds slowly through the day. The temperatures will be near or just above 90 degrees again. It will feel hotter, and the likelihood of a thunderstorm returns by the evening sometime after 5PM or so, but most of the day is just fine for outdoor activities.
Any late Sunday storm may feature strong winds and heavy rainfall. A cooler but still warm stretch of weather is taking shape into the upcoming week with highs in the 70s. Stay tuned to News12 for updates!
