State troopers identify person killed in 3-vehicle crash on Bear Mountain State Parkway

State police say three vehicles with one person inside were involved in the crash.

New York State Police identified the person who was killed in an early Saturday morning crash on the Bear Mountain State Parkway in Cortlandt Manor.

State police responded to the three-vehicle crash between Locust Avenue and Arlo Lane at 5 a.m.

A car driven by 28-year-old Darly Brave Coello, of Yorktown Heights, car crossed over the double yellow line and collided head-on with another car.

Investigators say Coello was able to get out of the car but then was struck by another driver.

Coello was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two drivers suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
