Two men injured in Hunts Point shootout

Two men were shot Saturday night in Hunts Point during a busy weekend in the borough.

Police say the shooting happened at 9:30 p.m. near 700 Manida St.

First responders found a 35-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 33-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the right thigh.

Citizen App video captured the chaotic aftermath as EMS rushed to the area.

Both victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital and are expected to recover.

Police say they are looking for two men last seen wearing all black. News 12 is told the suspects took off on a scooter or bike toward Hunts Point.
