Police are looking for a man they say robbed a woman at gunpoint in Concourse Village.

The robbery happened near E 163rd and Park Avenue just before 6 p.m. on July 22.

Police say a man approached a 69-year-old woman and forcibly removed a necklace from her neck. The man than displayed a firearm and removed the woman’s cellphone from her pocket before fleeing.

The woman was not injured in the robbery.

The thief was last seen wearing a black shirt, dark-colored shorts, black sneakers, a white surgical mask, and a multi-colored baseball cap.
