The 12-year-old boy that was shot and killed Saturday afternoon outside a Mount Eden bodega has been identified, according to the NYPD.

Police responded to a 911 call for three males shot outside Wanda Deli Grocery, located at 104 Elliot Place.

When officers arrived, they found 12-year-old Jacob Freytes with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.

He was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The two other victims, ages 25 and 34, were also struck by gunfire but are expected to survive.

The 25-year-old man was shot in the buttocks, while the 34-year-old man was shot in the foot.

Police have not released a description of the shooter nor disclosed the relationship, if any, between the child and the two adults shot as of Sunday morning.
