Police: Man faces charges for knifepoint robbery in Spring Valley
The victim also told police he had been robbed by the same man in the past, although he did not report that previous incident to police.

A man is facing charges for allegedly robbing a person at knifepoint in Spring Valley, police say.
Police responded near 28 South Main St. around 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 14 for a reported suspicious incident.
Officers found the victim, who said that a man he knew pressed a knife against his throat and punched him. The victim was then robbed of $200 before the suspect left the area.
The victim also told police he had been robbed by the same man in the past, although he did not report that previous incident to police.
Officers searched the area and found Jairo Duque-Agustin, who they say is homeless. He was charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon. He was also charged with robbery in connection with the previously unreported robbery.
Duque-Agustin was arraigned in court and taken to Rockland County Jail.
