Menashe Davidovitz admitted to the schemes as part of a federal case, according to court documents.
Davidovitz bribed Newark employees in 2024 to obtain permits needed to sell or occupy his properties, court records show.
He also paid bribes to have violations at those properties ignored, according to prosecutors.
Court documents state Davidovitz separately made about $30,000 selling fraudulent DHS family member identification cards between 2021 and 2023.
Davidovitz now faces up to 30 years and six months in prison.
