A 21-year-old man was killed after being shot in the head in West Farms, police say.

The incident happened Tuesday at the intersection of E. 180th Street and Daly Avenue around 10:45 p.m.

Police say Byrce Hamilton, of the Bronx, was shot once in the head and later pronounced dead at St. Barnabas Hospital. 

Witnesses say they heard at least three shots outside the Bronx Deli Grocery, a store close to where the incident happened.

Police say they are reviewing surveillance video and hope to identify any suspects.
