A father, a son, and a 16-year-old boy are all accused of being involved in the deadly shooting of 26-year-old Fareed Adeyi on Oct. 7.

Prosecutors say surveillance video shows the 16-year-old getting out of the car and firing multiple shots into a car, killing the 26-year-old.

The Bronx District Attorney's Office says this stems from an incident back in August when suspect Devonte Moore was involved in another shooting on White Plains Road, where he was critically wounded after a man named Carlton McKenzie fired back at him.

Adyei had unknowingly purchased the car from McKenzie and was in the car at the wrong place at the wrong time.

All three now face serious charges, including murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
