A three-alarm fire ripped through a laundromat connected to a church on Bedford Park Boulevard Sunday.
Officials say the fire ignited around 9:30 a.m. Sunday at the Chang Chang Laundromat that is connected to Saint Mary's Orthodox Church at 358 Bedford Park Blvd.
The flames took two hours to put out, but churchgoers say they were all able to evacuate.
Firefighters say one person was seriously injured, and three firefighters suffered minor injuries. All were taken to North Central Hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
