A family is desperately searching for a Bronx man who has gone missing. The family of 34-year-old Javier Horta has been missing since Thursday night. They say he was last seen at the Jerome Park Library

A family is desperately searching for a Bronx man who has gone missing.
The family of 34-year-old Javier Horta has been missing since Thursday night. They say he was last seen at the Jerome Park Library where he works.
According to Horta's family, he left his wallet and phone at the library after his shift and instructed a friend to bring the items back to his parent's house where he would meet them. They say the friend did as they were told, but Horta never showed up.
His family says he is a father of a 4-year-old girl. He is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. 
He was last seen wearing black jeans and a black shirt. His family says he has long black hair and tattoos on his arms .
