NYPD officers are still searching for the shooter who they say drove up in a dark sedan and opened fire on a group of people on Mother Gaston Boulevard near the corner of Belmont Avenue.
Police say there was dice game going on when a car pulled up and started shooting into the crowd just before 10:30 p.m. Surveillance video released by police captured the moments gunfire interrupted the game.
Five men, all in their 20s, were hit, mostly in the legs and backside. All the victims are expected to survive.
