A trial could begin next year for ex-Briarcliff Manor police officer Nicholas Tartaglione.
According to a proposed schedule submitted by attorneys for the federal government and Tartaglione, a trial could begin in Federal Court in White Plains in March 2023.
Tartaglione is facing charges from a quadruple murder in Orange County that happened over five years ago.
He faces the death penalty for the 2016 slayings. If a penalty phase is needed, it would begin soon after the trial is completed.
