The accuser of a Bronx deputy inspector took the stand Thursday, revealing details of the alleged assault.
The trial of Keith Walton continued Thursday, with his accuser saying that he grabbed her by her hair and tried to kiss her while in his office at the 49th Precinct.
The accuser then told the court Walton placed his hand on her inner thigh, moving it towards her private parts.
During her hourlong testimony, the female officer started to cry when she described how Walton grabbed her hand twice and placed it on his private parts.
She told prosecutors that she told him to stop and that she could not believe what was happening to her.
Some Bronx residents who live in the area where Walton served as deputy inspector are standing by him, and have supported him since his arrest in November 2016.
The 46-year-old is charged with sex abuse, misconduct and forcible touching.
Walton remains on modified duty. The trial is expected to last for a week and a half.
