Americans will have the option to order more at-home COVID-19 tests for free starting this week.
The initiative is part of the President Joe Biden administration’s purchase of 500 million tests that was announced in December.
Initially, residents were allowed to order four free at-home COVID-19 tests per residential address, regardless of the number of people in the home. Starting Monday, Americans can place an order for an additional four tests
You can place an order by visiting
COVIDtests.gov. You will need to give your name, address and email to keep track of shipping.
The USPS says tests should arrive between seven to 12 days.
