Anyone planning on booking an Airbnb for New Year’s Eve should take note of some new restrictions in place.

planning on booking an Airbnb for New Year’s Eve
should take note of some
new restrictions in place.
Airbnb is
tightening its policy restrictions on parties, adding “anti-party” restrictions
to some three-night rentals for guests without a history of positive
reviews on the platform.
Guests
without a history of positive reviews on Airbnb can't make one-night,
two-night, and now three-night reservations for an entire house that
"may pose heightened risks for unauthorized parties."
Guests on
the platform who have a history of positive reviews won't be subject to the
restrictions.
