Ahead of the holiday, Airbnb is using artificial intelligence to crack down on unauthorized parties this weekend.
The company says its state-of-the-art system works to prevent certain higher risk one and two night whole home bookings.
Those signals include trip length, the distance to the home and whether the booking is last minute.
The system is in affect across the United States and Canada.
Last Halloween the anti-party system deterred thousands of people from booking whole home stays.
