All Hallows High School in Highbridge is on the brink of closing, as the school faces financial issues. The Catholic school has been battling declining enrollment since the pandemic.
This year, the all-boys institution became co-ed to boost numbers, but it hasn’t been enough.
Alumni and students are rallying to save the school, with $750,000 raised so far. The Board of Trustees says it is working tirelessly to meet its Jan. 16 deadline to secure $2.5 million in funding.
“I believe in miracles," says alumnus Donald O’Toole.
