Three firefighters were injured Sunday after a two-alarm fire in Throgs Neck.

The fire broke out at an apartment at 530 Ellseworth Ave. shortly after 4 p.m.

The cause of the fire is not yet known, and it's being investigated.

The firefighters are in stable condition.
