The Bound Brook apartments on Main Street that a fire destroyed last year have been rebuilt and are now ready for people to move in.

The area looked much different a year ago after the fire started at a construction site on East Main Street and quickly spread to nearby buildings.

Authorities say one person may have been responsible for the fire.

The man has been charged with arson.
