Break-in: Black bear spotted trying to break into Downstate Correctional Facility

A black bear was spotted trying to break into a Dutchess County prison on Tuesday morning.
The bear was captured on camera trying to climb the fence of the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill.
Luckily, the maximum security prison was shut down earlier this year.
