Young basketball players took to the court at Gauchos Gym in the Bronx as part of the ATM Summer Classic?s 17 and under basketball tournament.

Eleven Bronx players participated in the day?s event as the Long Island Lightning took on the Metro Hawks. Metro Hawks center Andy Garcia commented that the event offered a good challenge.

?There?s a lot of competition out here,? said Garcia.

The Metro Hawks advanced with a 67-63 win over the Lightning.
