Friday's storm brought flooding in some coastal areas, including City Island in the Bronx.

Residents in the area tell News 12 they're advocating for the city to do more about the drainage system in the area they say they pay high taxes for.

Residents also say they're left dealing with the mess, and that at least one vehicle can always be seen partially submerged.
