Ever want a tattoo but not the commitment? Well, a new tattoo shop in Williamsburg took on the challenge--creating a made-to-fade tattoo. 

Six years in the making, Ephemeral, which means short-lived or temporary - is offering clients tattoos that last 9 to 15 months.
