Saint Barnabas Hospital and the Belmont Business Improvement District are teaming up to help keep Bronx residents healthy.

They're hosting an event known as "Stepping Out on Arthur Avenue," which is aimed at promoting physical activity and good nutrition.

The event offers free health care screenings and cooking demonstrations.

Organizers say there are also fun activities to keep families in good shape.
