A fire broke out at a high-rise apartment building early Friday morning in East Williamsburg.

Officials say the flames erupted around 6:30 a.m. on Humboldt Street at the Bushwick Houses.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire and also search the apartment.

Authorities do not believe the fire is suspicious. No one was hurt.
