Fire officials say a car went up in flames early Saturday morning on the Cross Bronx Expressway in West Farms.

News 12 is told the flames broke out just after 4 a.m. near exit 4A.

EMS transported three people to NYC Health + Hospitals Jacobi with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
