The Cardinal Hayes men?s basketball players stepped up their game in an attempt to shut down White Plains in the annual holiday tourney.The Eighth Annual Slam Dunk High School Tournament matched up teams from across New York at the Westchester Center this week. Single A division Hayes took on 11th-ranked White Plains. Hayes fought hard but never gained the lead against the AA division team.White Plains marked down a ?W? in the 55-46 victory.
