Shoppers at the Super Foodtown supermarket in Throgs Neck were out Thursday morning grabbing last-minute Thanksgiving groceries.

Employees said the days leading up to the holiday were hectic but that it has since calmed down.

They said shelves would remain stocked with necessities such as dinner rolls and cranberry sauce.
