The MTA is partnering with CUNY to create a permanent internship program.

The program will allow students to intern with all aspects of the agency, including NYC Transit, Metro-North, LIRR and more.

The program, which is in its second year, offers 150 positions.

About 16,000 students applied last year.

This year, 128 students are set to begin their journey this summer.
