NYPD: Lieutenant charged with cashing in on time never worked

An NYPD lieutenant has been arrested for allegedly cashing in on time he did not work.
The recently retired Lt. Christopher Dominguez served with the NYPD for 26 years and worked out of the 44th Precinct.
According to the New York Post, Dominguez made up to nearly $161,000 in 2018.
He was arrested Thursday and faces two charges, including a felony charge for theft.
