Police have released pictures a person they are trying to identify in connection with the shooting that killed a 17-year-old male in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn on July 24.

Officers found Jahiem Gunn with a gunshot wound to his head in front of the Weeksville Houses just before 10:30 p.m.

He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police are urging anyone who knows anything about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
