Police say a woman died after being pinned by her car while trying to enter a garage Saturday.

They say Alba Mazza, 88, drove her car up to her building's garage door on 96th Street. When she exited the car to open the door, her car rolled over her and pinned her down.

Mazza was rushed to the hospital, but died from her injuries.
