A man is now dead after he was shot early Wednesday morning in Brownsville, police say.

According to the NYPD, Jason Oliver, 31, was fatally shot in the chest at 330 Hinsdale St. after midnight.

He was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made at this time.
