Police say one man has been shot following a dispute on Melrose and East 160th Street on Thursday.

Police say the victim is a 67-year-old man. They say he was shot in the waist.

They say he was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/lincoln and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
