Police say a 26-year-old man was fatally shot in Clason Point, and investigators are now looking for the shooter.

Officers responded to a call about a shooting in front of 539 Commonwealth Ave. around 4 a.m. Sunday. They arrived to find the victim, Nestor Ventura, with gunshot wounds to the chest.

He was taken to the hospital, but was pronounced dead.

Police say no arrests have been made.
