Four people are in police custody after a woman was grazed by a bullet Wednesday night at the Mott Haven houses.

The NYPD says a 38-year-old woman was grazed in the arm after gunfire went off.

Sources tell News 12 the woman does not appear to be the intended target.

Police have yet to announce any charges.
