A driver jumped a sidewalk and crashed close to a creek in Castle Hill, sending two people to the hospital.

News 12 is told the car went over the sidewalk, driving into a fence and crashing just steps from Pugsley Creek earlier this morning.

Police say they responded to a car collision on Castle Hill Avenue and Hart Street. 

When they arrived, police say they found passengers trapped inside a car. Two people were sent to a hospital with minor injuries.

It is unclear if speed was a factor in the crash.
